There was a time that the AAPSU used to be highly regarded , the motivated AAPSU leaders than end up being like the PPA activities as their aim and ideology was same than . This was time when all the APSU leaders really wanted to do something for the region . Many were imprisoned , beaten and life spoiled . Incidentally many of its leaders where open admirers of Late Tomo Ribaji and Bakin Pertinji . May be that time was premature for a political revolution that too by a regional party as their was too many benefits being in ruling party than . And odds where against also as regionalism being hated by K.A. A. Raja most of Officers being Non Tribal , there was absolute lack of civil and political right under Apangjis regime than though may be his sycophants were mostly responsible for his bad name who projected him as son of Divine Origin ,`Yapom Aao ,’ to get popular Vote and innocent fearful Publics had to accept it. As corruption was also not as rampant as it is now therefore Great Tomoji and Bakinji purely sustained in there charismatic image . But today time seems to be ripe to beat the hammer as many first timers of tender age has become Hon’ble MLA from PPA Platform . But today where is those sentiment and willingness to do for the State with some AAPSU leaders ? Today the union seems to have been reduced to be the mouthpiece of the Congress Government . when there is already NSUI to do the needful for the Congress party why this willingness to remain lost in oblivion ? But lately few AAPSU leaders have shown the guts to fight with the system by criticizing its policies . And Publics also need to support them for this good issues . They should not always see them with suspicious eyes specially with our Young and dynamic Takam Tatungji as President Union is trying to do something worth admiring . Himself being International Karate Champion if I am not wrong he is in a better position to motivate Youths towards Sports and address questions like morality which is threatening the chastity and self respect of Student Community.
This days even Nepalese Students are said to attending the AAPSU conference: than one day it may not be surprised to see Chakma Hajong’s . See what happened in Assam later even Bengalis are seen to be accepted as active member of AASU . Unlike some Buddhist leaders who might be their secret admirers for their religion proximity . But I want this arguments for different reason . Because no comment in important issue proves more dangerous in future . We should see our long time interest than go for short time gain .Today there is absolute lack of laborers in our state from Assam what to say about local Arunachalee workers who are least interested to work in daily wages . May be the laborers from Assam have become more rich than us and thus we are in absolute need of laborers , this are practical realities . The Youths instead of helping their Parents are seen to play Kareem Board and Pokers game which is very unfortunate . How long the innocent Students can be emotionally blackmailed and diverted from core issue of failure of Leadership to motivate Publics , increasing corruption and nepotism this are ground realities faced by families and relatives of most of the Publics. As Business man leaders know nothing and have no moral authority either to address the vexed issues .
AAPSU is said to be trying to identify the Criminal records of the Refugees so that they can be restricted in there Camps is a good step . They should also think upon plan to allow honest workers to work in other part of State temporarily so that they refrain from anti Social activities and it become beneficial to both . And above all the AAPSU should step up its campaign against the Corruption which is today the most vital issue and we should laud them for this act . But they have to be themselves remain clean to clean others . Only the Contractor Students will prefer to shy away from this ground realities which Critics says have outlived their Youthful age to be a Student Leaders. May be some inevitable facts has to be accepted sooner or later more so when we are in a transitional period and may have to accept this when we cant do anything about supernatural force like Apex Courts verdict in controversial issues . Before some party who are apt at it makes refugees as Vote Banks why not we go for a practical solution where both will benefit and Leadership has to sometime show guts by calling Spade a spade.
But their should be many some good Students as well in AAPSU who will like to bring a new thinking in their way of living as they might be also realizing enough is enough with misleading and emotional blackmailing. They should advocate for the good Peoples , good leaders and good Party who have practical solution to practical problems and have Political will to do it . To tell Publics to vote for the future we believe in is noble as today a need for a Political revolution has come . PPA is committed to give Political platform to many aspiring Youths who have made contribution to the Society like Hon’ble MLA Kumsi Sidisow is ex- AAPSU who has not only win with huge margin but is satisfied with Parties ideology which he feels like tailor made for the Youths This is nothing personal , though some of leaders who are now in vintage position will criticize this idea because they have thrived in this confusion and mayhem and lack guts to make a way viable for the Publics for which leaders are made by God . It is impossible to appease everybody initially in any field ; but history is witness unless full scale revolution no Social and Political change is seen. To make a new house old one has to be destroyed or each time this is case of Old wine in new bottle . Indian Constitution gives ample scope for Political revolution and it doesn’t mean only changing Old leaders but changing our Old Ideas and Views . Henceforth only good man who have the Societies interest in mind should be appreciated . If AAPSU is also marred in corruption than how they can think of changing the State . See the mind-blowing expenses in their own election . Can’t they do something about it ? There silence will ensure that worst is coming for the Youths in future in job and employment sector . Nothing is impossible last election also we have seen many heavy weights loosing the election as Publics are the real source of all the Powers. If we make a coordinated attack in this regard it is possible next time we might be able to bring a Political revolution like in Sikkim and Nagaland .
To some extent Buddhist belt have been better as leaders they are seen to be more sincere for their community . May be hundred years of following the Buddhist religion and philosophy may have made them serious towards final goal of Nirvana . Wealth is also important but finally it is satisfaction in doing what you believe that is important and the final aim salvation , Nirvana , Moksha or place in Heaven which will be helped in getting by the election of God fearing Person and in the process sincerity to do for our own Peoples . There was time that the AAPSU leaders were very much revered but today are they really interested to get the Public standing ovation by changing for the best?

The Mithun symbol is all encompassing it reflects the partnership between Christians and animists , abotani and Buddhist belt after all mithun and yaks are look-alike .If PPA can manage MLA in Dirrang also what to say about Late Tomojis and Bakinjis bastion Aalo , Basar and Pasighat from were all the Political revolution takes shape not to say about Nishi belt where Congress may be finished next time. The alliance with NCP and TMC may be Political necessity in Maharastra and West Bengal for the Congress Party but out here it seems this Party is used by the ruling Congress to dilute the opposition as they have frankly less takers and disrupts the rise of genuine opposition spearheaded by PPA thus Publics should also realize now. THE GALOS
The Galos have been given all shorts of names like jumping frogs difficult to be measured so on and so forth . But in heart of heart Arunachal Publics seems to favour and dying for everything Galo. Be its delicious food , tasty wine , beautiful culture and tradition or place . It will be not surprising if there are many Galo secret admirers and supporters . Our Galo senior leaders are also not doing bad . Each time most volatile Hon’ble Home Minister post is only seen to be given to Galos . This is a post without money and with terrible responsibilities. This post has a chance of antagonizing the NSCN and other Underground outfits. It is to be accepted that Hon’ble Minister Jarbom Gamlinji had also shown his guts by criticizing the NSCN during his time . Our Iron Man of State Sri Tako Dabiji is also expected to do same in this regards. Peoples of Tirap and Changlang in particular have a great expectation from him. He should be able to hammer out a solution to achieve phenomenal success in his life . The outfits should be convinced of futility to fight the Govt . when even ULFA is contemplating negotiation with Govt . after arrests of its top brass they should not be difficult to convince . After Talibans are crashed completely the Terrorists may lost their valuable time to get honorable exit also . Thus when there is still time they should be convinced before the world completely gets united against the Terrorist . This way Congress Party will also wash most of its past mistakes. Another pertinent question is why vigilance has been taken from Hon’ble Home Ministers fort folio which have made the Home Minister post like lion without teeth . It seems his Colleagues are not sure of the man who believes in calling a spade a spade, as Old man is said to be best among the worst when it comes to hating the corruption and nepotism.

This is when most of the controversial dams are stationed in Siang region only . The smart Hon’ble C.M is said to have assured to sponsor the next C.M himself vis a vis to one who doesn’t disturbs him . That way he had also secured his position even after he is no more C.M . But one thing some Publics in west Siang seems to be liking about him is his guts to dislodge Apangji and his political commitment to some extent . Only all the Great Peoples are seen to be in wrong side of the fence where ideologically redundant party may have to bank on their purse to bribe the voters . It is always the will of the God and luck that one becomes rich and powerful and though right now they are successful but in future things are going to be very competitive .
I foresee great future for Galos this way or that way . It is the perfect timing that’s important. The problem with the Galos in spite of all the Gods gift seems we are facing the most critical transitional period . We have neither become Hindu or Christian under its influence or remain staunch animist and are at a cross road . But after we cross this transition period we will definitely see good Galo days . If the present leadership fails to show their guts in spite of so many blessings their enemy being only their egoism and proud ness. The door of opportunity may be opened for Dynamic leaders from Great Party like PPA where regionalist Galo’s and PPA is seen to be made for each other. As any given day if majority Publics are going to cast their Valuable Vote without influence of money and fear of muscle power this is the Party one is waiting for .Will the present senior leaders of Galo take a daring risk like Neuprio Hon’ble Nagaland C.M who resign from Home Ministers Post from Congress Party to form the regional Govt. before somebody else ride the Bus next time .

THE GALO AGENDA FOR DEVLOPMENT
The Galos should make optimum use of our Officers when we have one like Sri Tabom Bamji as Hon’ble Chief Secretary . Seven years of abundance than will come seven years of famine Holy Bible . The Galo Political leaders should remove their differences and work for common mother land . There can be ideological differences but no personal bitterness . As for someone like us we don’t believe in opposition for Opposition shake . Like regarding District issue I am giving my utmost support to the Basar’s senior leaders . And I also appeal other Galos to refrain from sabotaging this issue. Not that I am Basarite but lately Chinese Dam threat and need for broadening the NH 52 Highway in view of hostile China above us have enhanced Basar’s claim for national interest as this places on the way to China Border in Mechuka need to be developed nicely as it is in higher altitude and safe from Chinese proposed Dam over Brahmaputra . Not to say about its earlier choice as Capital , Basar is fortunately also strategically located ; if Galo’s are lucky may be one day their may be demand for Summer capital . As Itananagar is increasingly under traffic Pressure . The threat of Chinese Dam is also looming large upon it . Specially Naharlagun and Green airport proposal area . Unless Govt . is not sure it should not risk the life of this places . And also with the present trend of other Publics loving everything about Galo way of life if search for Summer Capital comes up Basar may be a good option .
The proposed Airport near Kombo Village is something our leaders should jealously work for . Why not also ? If the China can make 27 airport near Tibet without much domestic need . Than why not here which is close to sensitive Chinese boundary . It will also open up windows of opportunity for the West Siang area along with Mechuka , Tuting and Yinkiong those far flunked areas of Siang . This are some of the remotest place near Chinese border . The Govt. of India should also take it seriously , as if there is effluence than Publics tend to be Patriotic ; even if one day a need arise to normalize relation with China by opening up the Border trade than also this airport could play a major role . Country should also know that in case of Border tension this is only going to be the lifeline and hope for transport of large scale military equipment and evacuation of large Publics . Let us learn from our 1962 experience .The Chinese threat in place above Mechuka may increase ever more after they complete the Dam over Brahmaputra river . Therefore this proposed Airport has national and international importance as well. Also from strategic and geographical point of view there is no better place for making such a long run way airport near Chinese Border therefore this projects should not be salved .As area around Pasighat in East siang another viable place also comes under range of Chinese Dams potential threat area .

The said rejection of proposed Inter District Highway connection by ministry of Surface Transport as claimed by certain source of Govt . is not a good news . Of Arunachal Pradesh is more needed now from strategic point of view . As there is Major- General Head Quarter proposal also pending in Pagi Village of Basar on this way to Aalo in West Siang dist. Of Arunachal Pradesh . Besides proposed Airport near Kombo Village of Aalo and Mega Damns going to be mostly built in region above Aalo Hq. of West Siang . This all will be needing large scale machinery to be transferred through this NH 52 road only . And we also need to be prepared against Chinese plans howsoever they claim that they will respect the right of the lower riparian right below the Brahmaputra . and also large army equipment need to be carry from this NH 52 root only. Also in case of Dams danger Aalo is going to be the place for immediate large scale evacuation . Thus from all perspective this place are highly sensitive place . Thus Publics should be also consulted in event of major developmental activity . As for Tawang and other sectors there is already the National Airport at Gauhaty which is not much far away. And it will be difficult and also dangerous to make Airport in high altitude which are very close to Chinese border .
The point is if development comes than let it comes in a large scale so that Publics in large get benefit and be able to change their life and living standard in totality . And we should live in absolute preparedness specially in view of Dragons fuming above us .

This all will be needing large scale machinery to be transferred through this NH 52 road only . And we also need to be prepared against Chinese plans howsoever they claim that they will respect the right of the lower riparian right below the Brahmaputra . and also large army equipment need to be carry from this NH 52 root only. Also in case of Dams danger Aalo is going to be the place for immediate large scale evacuation . Thus from all perspective this place are highly sensitive place . Thus Publics should be also consulted in event of major developmental activity . As for Tawang and other sectors there is already the National Airport at Gauhaty which is not much far away. And it will be difficult and also dangerous to make Airport in high altitude which are very close to Chinese border .
The point is if development comes than let it comes in a large scale so that Publics in large get benefit and be able to change their life and living standard in totality . And we should live in absolute preparedness specially in view of Dragons fuming above us .
REGARDING DISTRICT HEAD QUARTER IN BASAR
It is now time for Hon’ble Chief Minister Dorjee Kandu to fulfill his election promise and give District Head Quarter in Basar immediately .No amount of excuse will now satisfy the publics who have given clear mandate to Hon’ble MLA Gojen Gadi this time to win in 29th Assembly Constituency Basar basing on that issue as Hon’ble Chief Minister wished . This time , for District Hq .issue many friends have become foe and relations got effected . But finally will of the God also seemed to favor this issue . It is wrong to believe that it is Hon’ble MLA Gojen Gadi Saabs and IAS Sri Tabom Bamji Hon’ble Chief Secy . Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh only who wants this . It is the wishes of entire 29th assembly Constituency Basar Publics that is reflected in the election result . Therefore there is no question of dissention view as majority Basar has voted for the motion though we were victim of this issue .The need of the hour is inter party meeting of Basar citizens regarding this noble cause . Nothing is more noble than to forget our differences for Galo land .
It will be wrong to blame Sri T. Bamji only , more so one who is one of our Galo pioneer in development . who thinks for all the Galo belt being like father figure .

We are very thankful to the Christian Baptist Council of North East India ( CBCNEI ) members for their timely help of the Nyigam fire victims . Specially the Secretary of the Peace and Justice dept. Brother Atungo Shitri . Without their help and cooperation it would have not been possible for the victims of the fire of the Nyigam Village West Siang Dist . Arunachal Pradesh to evolve from this tragic incident which charred the houses totaling to 96 and 40 granaries.
It is this good Samaritan works that we the Peoples of the Arunachal are indebted to the Christian Baptist Centre North East India. It is pertinent to mention that many Baptist Missionaries are already evangelizing and spiritually awakening the locals. The Galo tribes of Arunachal have mission partnership with Chakesang Baptists . From Mongolian point of view we are very appreciative of the Naga big brothers . It is unfortunate that certain section of anti Social elements in Tirap and Changlang District are playing with the lives of innocent Peoples . The Baptist followers should do something about it .It is completely un Biblical and unethical to indulge in violence more so when our Lord and Savior has refrained us from fighting . The anti Social elements are definitely coming in the way of spread of Gods message We should not fell to their wishes . A ray of hope is seen in our dynamic Nagaland Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri Neupo rio who should work for the unity of all the regional party in North east than only may be a true understanding of the region , feeling of brotherhood -ness in Mongolian origin line and a Political will for unity of the North East may evolve . As for now whimsical and power obsessive ruler of North East have even tarnished the image of their own Party . Those who have no regional feeling seems to have always work against our interest . As they are purely interested in their own gain and each time have the audacity to mislead us .They indirectly encourage the anti Social elements by keeping mum and doing nothing to solve vexed controversial issues which is very emotive but not practical . The Democracy and will of the People has evolved from religion only, thus by undermining it we are fighting our own lord and savior . In Japan there is also Company agents , they are like terrorists of different kind manipulating Business for the Company which indirectly benefits the Country . Why don’t we do the same here . If we imbibe Japanese way , one day we will have real development . As poverty is the genesis of terrorism their fore I exhort rich Baptist members to invest in the poor State like Arunachal and earn in decent and democratic way . WHAT WENT WRONG WITH THE OPPOSSITION THIS TIME
Firstly the lack of coordinated attack like always , than secondly Kiranjis emigration to Congress from BJP . The 3rd reason may be Candidates mainly Officers relative trying to seek Congress Party ticket and wasting their time in Delhi and later joining a national Party citing alliance Partnership in centre whom no body believed .
The lack of co-ordination was evident this time like always . To defeat Congress Party there is absolute need to make a coordinated attack on this Party like which happened in Nagaland . Peoples Party of Arunachal should be the best forum for spearheading this revolution in future . As Peoples identify with this Party as most of the locals are having emotional connection with this Party . Some leaders from Congress Party should even realize that how hard it was to get Congress Party ticket and to spend disproportionate wealth in campaigning as Peoples see this Party and candidate in terms of money even if they are honest . Those candidates basically Officers relatives who could not manage to get ticket should also realize that - What they got from the National Party was Peanuts in compare to what they spend and it would have been better for them to contest from PPA Party which is liked by Publics , as whatever have to be done by ruling Govt. against them it will be done as howsoever they try to justify Publics that they are ally Congress will treat them as Opposition after all after alleged crores of rupees spend for purchasing party ticket will they keep mum , and thus NCP and TMC candidates seems to have messed up their election prospect by lacking clear cut Party ideology for which about 30 % gives vote freely. It is surprising how prospective candidates seek Party ticket of Party based in West Bengal and Maharastra . And for poor leaders there is absolutely no prospect that they will ever get a break in Congress Party so why don’t they join PPA is a surprising element . Of course one cannot wake up a Person who pretend to sleep and ofcourse all cannot become a great man . For the money Power seems to be Congress Parties heritage with the Party itself alleged to be sponsored by Pt. Motilal Nehru . And 3 rdly Kiranji one man solely responsible for debacle of opposition in this election should have either stayed in BJP completely as even in his absence likes of Sri Tamio Taga and Sri Tapen Siga have won or he should have blackmailed congress Party to give ticket to his supporters . The Star campaigner of BJP was seen to be responsible for Political murder of many of the Opposition leaders this time . He should have responded to my proposal for coalition of BJP and PPA as with popularity of BJP in Urban Belt and PPA also appealing rural voters it would have been nice combination . This time neither Kiran camp mattered for Congress Party ticket neither he came for campaigning for his earlier friends when they needed him most .
This time good part is some Old leaders are seen to fall , is it possible for other leaders also to follow like them in future ? Yes , it may be possible for the powerful leaders may be in actual term may be cut from Publics and are surrounded by Chamchas to give them all short of bad advise .The Publics seems to be fed up of Old and redundant leaders monopolistic Politics , alleged manipulation and audacity to undermine the Democracy . Apangjis fall is a bitter lesson to other leaders also who resort to similar tactics. Those who try to use State machinery to arrest , get reject the nomination paper and disturb the election process should realize that their days are numbered Publics will never tolerate their audacity to undermine Publics civil right . Next time a proper opposition leader having image and properly projected in time by the PPA Party will make sure that those Crooks are thought a good lesson . Next time PPA will also ensure that Polling agent are not purchased , ensure that Incident like Perfume and Vix used in EVM are stopped to protect the identity of Voters , Ensure that Postal Vellot are not manipulated as it is alleged to have happened in Aalo 30 West . And Party will champion the use of button Camera to stop money distribution to lure the innocent Voters and make sure Officer who are relatives of Candidates are not transferred in same constituencies where their relatives are contesting , IRBN and CRPF’s are not bribed as some senior leaders have alleged to fall that low , Govt . does not misuse its power during election by violating election code of conduct .I challenge those seniors Leaders to conduct free and fair election if they have done good development . By undermining Democracy they are digging their own graves like Apangji who lost his long time prospect for his short time gain .And now our senior leaders like Kanduji , Jarbomji and Tukiji may get similar fate if they don’t show their utmost sincerity in this regards . As after many seniors lost this time leaders who have been declared uncontested may have more difficulties due to their disconnection with the grass roots and daring young and dynamic leaders ready to explore the horizon inspired by Persons like Purpa Tsring .

So long as development alone is not made the core issue intellectuals and elites should not keep mum . It has to be accepted that the rehabilation of Chakma and Hajong in the State , Poor road communication and the Corruption which has reached record high with gap between the haves and haves not becoming like in Nepal which become the green pasture for the development of the Mao -wadi like situation for the Country is presently the worst scenario . In 1983-2003 he was transferred in Aalo than in 2003-2007 in Orissa than again in 2007-2009 in Aalo. It is heard wherever he went he tirelessly followed Swami Vivekanandas preaching in letter and spirit .For him Service to Humanity is Service to Divinity.
